The Skade high back pressure foam generator is an air aspirating discharge device designed to deliver foam directly onto or below the surface of flammable or combustible liquid in a fixed tank protection system. Skade is available 2x3” up to 4”x6” body size and inlet flange (DIN or ANSI) and flow rates up to 2000 lpm. Skade foam generators are installed on the outside of flammable liquid storage tanks.

Foam Chambers are used for fixed roof storage tank protection and generates a low expansion foam that are being applied to the surface of the flammable liquid. They are equipped with breacking glass seal that prevents flammable vapours from escaping out through the chamber. The Tyr foam chamber is an air aspirating discharge device designed to deliver foam directly onto the surface of flammable or combustible liquid in a fixed tank protection system. Tyr is available 2x3” up to 4”x8” body size and inlet flange (DIN or ANSI) and flow rates up to 2000 lpm. Tyr foam chambers are installed on the outside of flammable liquid storage tanks just below the roof joint.

Fomtec AFFF 3% -45 is an aqueous film forming foam concentrate (AFFF) with very low freezing point (-45°C) to be used in artic climates. The foam forms an aqueous film that rapidly cuts off the oxygen supply and thus knocks down the fire. The expanded foam from which the film is drained forms a stable blanket that suppresses the release of flammable vapours and cools down the fuel surface extinguishing the fire and preventing re-ignition. The low surface tension of the water foam concentrate solution enables the aqueous film, although heavier than the burning liquid, to float on top of the liquid surface. Fomtec AFFF 3% -45 should be used at 3% proportioned solution (3 part concentrate in 97 parts of water) in fresh or seawater. It may also be stored as a premix solution in fresh water.

Aske foam pourer is a discharge device outlet designed to apply expanded foam gently onto the surface of flammable or combustible liquid. Aske is available from 3” up to 10” inlet flange (DIN or ANSI).

The main advantage of Fomtec FFFP ARC 3x6 is the 3% induction ratio on hydrocarbon fires and 6% on polar solvents. Fomtec FFFP ARC 3x6 has been designed to perform as a high efficiency film forming fluoroprotein foam on hydrocarbon fires, and as “alcohol resistant” foam, creating a polymeric membrane on polar solvent fires. Fomtec FFFP ARC 3x6 provides reliable performance even on the strongest fuels. Its excellent fire performance on all kinds of flammable liquids, low or medium expansion, provides maximum security in both mobile fire fighting and stationary fire protection.
