Carolyn Harshman

President, International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)

Carolyn Harshman is the Presiden of the International Association of Emergency Managers. She is also the President of Emergency Planning Consultants. Before, she was the Course Designer and Instructor at National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC). Carolyn has also worked as Redevelopment Manager at City of San Diego. She completed her masters in public adminisration from San Diego State University.
