Peter Long

Passionate about accurate and responsible product marketing, it is Peter’s mission to drive industry standards up across all aspects of the glazed partitioning industry. He has been a part of the Optima group for over 20 years where he heads up the technical support team at Optima Systems with responsibility for the testing and certification of their product range with a particular focus on fire rated products. As an industry, he believes we have a responsibility to deliver competently established specifications and to follow through with equally high levels of competency throughout the entire project cycle, including design, manufacturing and installation. Peter makes it his business to know Optima’s products inside out, giving clients complete confidence in the outcome. Now accepted as a member of the Institute of Construction Management, he looks forward to continuing the drive to better building standards and greater levels of competency with like-minded people.
