Hale Products, a provider in high-performance firefighting pumps and equipment, announces the addition of a new Technical Service Team Leader to its professional Customer Support team. With a strong commitment to its customers, this new hire brings years of technical repair and maintenance experience from the fire industry.

Joseph ”Joe” Neal will manage the internal technical support team. Neal has both technical and mechanical expertise from his years of service with Spartan Motors, a Fire Apparatus Manufacturer, where he served as a Field Engineer.

Mechanical equipment experience

Prior to his work at Spartan, Joe also supported mechanical equipment at E-One, HMA, and the US Army as a helicopter mechanic. Neal has a very strong work ethic as well as an understanding of the customer base for Hale Products.

With the addition of Joe, we further strengthen our ability to meet the needs of our customers,” stated Christine Tarro, Customer Service Manager. “His adept technical background and strong customer focus make him a valuable addition to the Hale Customer Support Team.”
