Neal has both technical and mechanical expertise from his years of service with Spartan Motors, a Fire Apparatus Manufacturer, where he served as a Field Engineer.  Prior to his work at Spartan, Joe also supported mechanical equipment at E-One, HMA, and the US Army as a helicopter mechanic.
