Ziamatic Corp. is now offering a new helmet holder, model UHH-1.
The UHH-1 has been tested to 9 g's and complies with the 2009 edition of NFPA 1901 for use inside of crew cabs, and holds both traditional and contemporary style helmets.
To secure the helmet, firefighters should simply slip the helmet's hook onto the mount and pull the strap over the crown. Removing the helmet is as simple as pulling the strap down and lifting the helmet up.
The UHH-1 fits any size helmet without any major adjustments. Helmets are safely stored, and easily and quickly removed, so no time is wasted in emergency situations.
