Top clamp and footplate securely lock SCBA in place. Top clamp PVC coated to prevent cylinder damage. Steel backplate. Backplate and cast aluminum footplate are powder coated. Simple, quick operation. Fits all SCBAs on the market at the time of bracket's release.
