Three Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs) will be trialled by  East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) as part of the NHS’s move towards zero emissions vehicles. A residential structure fire was reported in the early morning hours on Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, at approximately 3:17 a.m., on Monday, February 7, 2022.
