it is a “D” Cylinder sleeve with no pocket.  Attaches to rail of cot and holds a cylinder. It  attaches with 2 inch hook and loop sewn to 2 inch webbing. There is a hook and loop tab sewn to the top where users can coil their demand valve or mask tubing and store it when not in use.
