Senior Officer, His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue ServicesZoë Billingham is currently serving in the capacity of Senior Officer at Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS). A qualified lawyer, she was appointed HM Inspector of Constabulary in September 2009 and HM Inspector of Fire & Rescue Services in July 2017. Zoë has worked closely with chief fire officers, fire authorities and staff associations to introduce the new inspection framework. This assesses how well fire and rescue services prevent, protect against and respond to fires and other emergencies, and how they look after the people who work for the service.
