Mark served as CEO of International Association of Fire Chiefs for over 12 years. Mark retired from the position in August 2019. Mark holds a Fellowship, Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government from Harward Kenedy School. Mark also holds an MPA in Public Administration from Virginia Tech and a Business Administration degree in Political Science from Mary Balwin University.
