Second Vice Chair, National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC)Dallas Renfrew is currently serving in the capacity of Second Vice Chair at the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC). He joined the fire service in 1985 and currently serves with the Seminole Volunteer Fire Department. He has held various positions and ranks, including Training Officer, Firefighter, and CISM Team Member. He is also the President of the Seminole Volunteer EMS Association, where he served as a Paramedic.
