Miller Knight Welcomes New Hires To Boost Regional Market Share

Three industry heavyweights have joined the senior team at Miller Knight, one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the East Midlands.  Previously long-serving Senior Directors at Derbyshire-headquartered G F Tomlinson, Chris Flint, Andrew Foster, and Jamie Braybrook, have moved across to Miller Knight to add significant strength and expertise to its structure. The trio will boost Miller Knight’s market share with ambitious plans to sustainably expand its service offerings within the regional construction market. Miller Knight Secure New Project For Winvic Construction

Miller Knight is pleased to announce that the team has secured the Passive Fire Protection package at the Hotel La Tour development in Milton Keynes for Winvic Construction. The luxury four-star hotel will comprise of 261 bedrooms, a 12,900 sq ft dedicated, flexible conference floor comprising adaptable meeting spaces and an external terrace, and a fourteenth-floor sky bar and restaurant, which will offer panoramic views over Campbell Park and beyond.

Miller Knight Secure New Project For Inland Homes

Miller Knight is thrilled to announce that the team has secured the Passive Fire Protection package at the Merrielands Crescent development in Dagenham for Inland Homes PLC. The four-acre site, originally part of the Ford car plant, will comprise 325 residential units across a number of five to ten storeys apartment blocks, together with 1,514 m2 of commercial space, 178 car parking spaces, and an associated amenity area. The site is within the London Riverside Opportunity Area, a 3,000-hectare regeneration zone designated in the London Plan for up to 26,500 homes across the borough of Barking & Dagenham.
