Wessex Fire & Security has appointed a new Service Manager to help strengthen and develop its growing maintenance and service operation.

James McWilliams is highly experienced within the industry and has spent a number of years working overseas in the Middle East.

He will head a team of 36 at the company’s service department that is increasing in size as the firm grows and diversifies into new areas.

James, who will be based at Wessex Fire & Security’s home in Shaftesbury, Dorset, is focused on maintaining the high standards of quality service and customer care.

The company employs nearly 90 staff, turns over £7m a year, and is active in all areas of fire and security work across the South.
