Sparkling ideas and burning innovations can be found at FeuerTRUTZ 2017, the hotspot meeting of the fire protection industry.
At the trade fair and congress on February 22 and 23, the WAGNER Group GmbH will be showing what customized fire protection solutions of the future could look like.
Oxygen reduction system
As a plant plant, WAGNER has specialized in value-focused and process-sensitive areas
The international system manufacturer and pioneering developer of preventive fire protection will also be presenting its new products in Nuremberg. These include the extremely compact and flexible OxyReduct® P-Line-a further development of the successful oxygen reduction system for active fire prevention.
As a plant manufacturer, WAGNER has specialized in value-focused and process-sensitive areas. With the active oxygen reduction technology OxyReduct®, the company has hit the nerve of the times: act instead of react.
OxyReduct® technology
The proactive system starts before a fire starts and thus protects against fire-related losses of goods and investments as well as expensive operational interruptions or failures. The OxyReduct® technology is based on the clever solution approach of preventing a fire from starting in the first place.
To do this, the oxygen content in the area to be protected is permanently reduced below the ignition limit of the materials prevalent there and kept at this level in a controlled manner. The nitrogen required for oxygen reduction is generated on site from the ambient air as required.
Newer, smaller, and better–the OxyReduct® P-Line
The new OxyReduct® P-Line is a further development of the proven OxyReduct® technology
The new OxyReduct® P-Line is a further development of the proven OxyReduct® technology and is characterized by its unique compact design and modular system concept. It can be cascaded to save space in order to produce outputs of up to 1,200 m³/h of nitrogen or to be able to meet redundancy requirements.
This makes the P-Line suitable for medium to large applications, while at the same time being easy to transport and install. The demand-based nitrogen generation and individually designed protection levels are particularly advantageous when the use of the room changes or structural changes are pending, as flexible adaptation is possible.
TITANUS® Fusion aspirating smoke detectors
The new TITANUS® FUSION aspirating smoke detector promises to detect fires as early as possible. Designed for monitoring medium-sized areas of up to 2 x 1,600 m², the new smoke detector completes the product range of the proven and successful TITANUS® family to detect the smallest smoke particles as early as possible with high sensitivity, even in the most demanding environments.
The affordable high-end aspirating smoke detector is designed for monitoring the installation of servers, high racks or machines, as well as for room monitoring in museums, libraries, IT rooms, storage areas and production facilities.
Monitoring areas
The system is also suitable for monitoring areas that are difficult to access, such as tunnels, raised floors, false ceilings, cable ducts, elevators or conveyor belts.
The application area covers operating temperatures from −30 °C to +60 °C and is also suitable for applications with high levels of dust, condensing moisture, electromagnetic radiation or strong air conditioning.
Visu LAN hazard management system® X3
WAGNER offers a networked security control center in which all building technology and security systems
With the open software platform, WAGNER offers a networked security control center in which all building technology, communication and security systems are integrated into a uniform user interface, regardless of the manufacturer.
The software serves as the central operating and control unit for all systems. Thanks to the simple handling, the risk of operating errors is reduced to a minimum, even in hectic situations. The effective interaction of all systems ensures maximum transparency, central operability and linked information and action sequences in the event of an incident.
