The ISG X-380 cameras provide superior performance at all temperatures and larger format screen

Vimpex has supplied X-380 Thermal Imaging Cameras (TIC) to Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue for use by their BA training instructors in hot fire training.

Vimpex in partnership with ISG Infrasys continue to win an increasing share of Thermal Image Camera supply contracts to the UK Fire and Rescue Services. Northumberland, Wiltshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Tyne & Wear and Bedfordshire are just some of the brigades that are making the move to the ISG X-380, which is stocked and supplied in the UK exclusively by Vimpex Ltd.

These Fire Services have chosen the UK designed and manufactured X-380 for its superior performance at all temperatures, larger format screen and the clearest and best defined imagery in the market. These combined features deliver enhanced fire fighter safety.

The selection of the X-380 by Bedfordshire FRS is particularly significant since the first cameras supplied to them are for use by their BA training instructors during hot fire training. It seems only natural that the best performing camera on the market should be used to train firefighters in the use of thermal imagers.

ISG Thermal Imagers are one of Vimpex’s Rescue Division’s core product lines alongside Pacific Helmets, Ogura and TNT Hydraulic Rescue Tools and Paratech Rescue equipment.
