FirePro participated in the 9th edition of VdS-FireSafety Cologne, held at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne, Germany, from December 6th to 7th. This year’s event attracted over 4,000 visitors with its seven specialist conferences and a compact seminar, offering a wealth of up-to-date knowledge, engaging exhibits, and expert-led conferences and seminars.

VdS-FireSafety Cologne, renowned as one of the most important industry events for fire protection systems and preventive structural and organizational fire protection, featured a versatile program. It offered companies optimal opportunities to showcase their products and services to a high-caliber expert audience, bringing together over 150 exhibitors presenting innovative solutions across technical, structural, and organizational fire protection.

FirePro actively engaged in the exhibition with Dr. Gianfilippi de Parenti, Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer. Dr. de Parenti delivered a presentation on "Condensed Aerosol - Lithium-Ion Applications", at the "Fire Extinguishing Systems" conference. As a distinguished speaker invited by VdS to address these critical issues, his presentation provided valuable insights into the challenges and advancements in Li-ion battery fire safety. 

The exhibition stand allowed attendees to explore the range of products and solutions. Regional Business Development Manager, Nicolaos Frangos, and Engineering Manager, Michalis Odysseos, were on hand to share their expertise, providing insights into FirePro technology, its advantages, and how it can be applied to a variety of sectors.
