Firehouse Expo has been supporting America's bravest for over 25 years

New courses specifically developed for junior firefighters will focus on youth leadership, future paths in the fire service, and youth-led activities.

In an effort to promote and provide the best education and training available to industry professionals, the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) and Firehouse Expo have partnered to offer NVFC members a discounted admission rate to Firehouse Expo 2010. NVFC Personal Members will receive a $30 discount and Department Members will receive a $50 discount to the event, which takes place July 20-24, 2010 in Baltimore, MD.

Future firefighters will also benefit from this partnership. The NVFC's National Junior Firefighter Program has partnered with Spartan Motors, Inc., Firehouse Expo, and California Casualty to develop a National Junior Firefighter Academy on Saturday, July 24, beginning at 9:00am. New courses specifically developed for junior firefighters will focus on youth leadership, future paths in the fire service, and youth-led activities. The junior firefighter program advisors will be offered a course to explore feature topics such as serving as youth mentors, securing funding, and program activity ideas. Attendees are invited to stay for a lunch reception, hosted by MSA, from 12pm-1pm.

Firehouse Expo has been supporting America's bravest for over 25 years, offering some of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry.
