On the evening of October 7, the crew of Engine 151 responded to a structure fire in an apartment complex where a woman was trapped inside her bedroom. Firefighters used a Bullard T4 Thermal Imager to see through the heavy smoke and quickly identify where the woman was in the room.

"We found her immediately using the thermal imager," said Lieutenant Mike Swanson. "The thermal imager took minutes off a normal room search. It's a great feeling knowing you saved a life," Swanson added. To nominate someone for the Save-A-Life Club, click here.
