Hyatt House is a new thirty-story high-rise hotel built in Chelsea. This project had an aggressive opening schedule and Sparc coordinated between the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) and the fire alarm contractor to schedule inspection dates that aligned with the team’s Temporary Certificate of Occupancy goal.

Sparc also prepared project variances and fire alarm system affidavits for issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
