The Croton Water Filtration Plant is a new three-story underground NYC Department of Environmental Protection water filtration plant in the Bronx that spans over 750,000 square feet.  Sparc’s services included fire alarm system consulting with the project team to assist in the completion of fire alarm system design documents, witnessing pre-testing, preparing variances, and correspondence with the New York City Fire Department (FDNY). 

Sparc also assisted with advising the client with Auxiliary Radio Communications System (ARCS) requirements, coordinating FDNY meetings and inspections, and performing filing of design documents with the NYC Authorities.
