Sepura, the trusted TETRA solutions provider, is positioning itself to capture projected future growth in the PMR market, with the promotion of two experienced industry figures.

Sepura has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Terence Ledger to Sales and Marketing Director to drive sales in Sepura's key growth markets, and Jane Farebrother as Finance Director to deliver the financial strategy and governance to support this growth.

Delivering TETRA solutions across APAC

In this role, he has overseen notable sales successes, including delivery of TETRA solutions to public safety organizationsJoining Sepura in 2011, Terence has driven the growth of Sepura's APAC business as Regional Director, based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, he has overseen notable sales successes, including delivery of TETRA solutions to numerous public safety organizations, and complex commercial TETRA Systems and Solutions across APAC, while building a strong team to underpin Sepura's continued growth in the region.

Prior to joining Sepura, Terence held a number of senior management and sales roles in telecoms companies in both Europe and APAC. Terence will be based in the company's Cambridge headquarters.

On his new role as Sepura's Sales and Marketing Director, Terence said: "It is clear that there is a continuing growth opportunity for secure PMR in public safety and other critical national infrastructure organizations worldwide, with many countries having committed to supporting the standard moving forwards. Sepura is well positioned to support this demand, and I am looking forward to ensuring that we are providing the best communications solutions to meet the exacting standards that our customers require."

Strategic financial leadership and experience

Jane has many years' experience in our industry and has formed strong working relationships with Sepura's partners"Previously Head of Group Treasury, Jane has been with Sepura since 2005, and has worked in a number of senior roles within the finance function. Her appointment provides Sepura with the strategic financial leadership and industry experience to support the forecast growth in the business.
