The new merger of Rosenbauer companies will lead to overall progress of the company

The merger of these two companies, henceforth to be known as Rosenbauer Deutschland GmbH and  Rosenbauer Feuerwehrtechnik GmbH headquartered in Luckenwalde

With retroactive effect from 1st January 2011, the Group's two German companies Rosenbauer Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Passau, and the Luckenwalde-based Rosenbauer Feuerwehrtechnik GmbH are to merge. The merger of these two companies, henceforth to be known as Rosenbauer Deutschland GmbH and headquartered in Luckenwalde, will shortly become effective upon being formally registered in the Register of Companies kept at the District Court in Potsdam. This realignment of its operations in Germany has been prompted by the importance to the Rosenbauer Group of the German market, and with a view to increasing its proximity to customers. In carrying out this merger, Rosenbauer is also strengthening market transparency on the German market.
