Rosenbauer America is proud to announce the successful certification of their exclusive N200 carbon fiber, high-flow industrial pump. In recent testing, the N200 pump reached full certification at 6500 GPM and continues to be the most powerful, high-flow pump Rosenbauer America offers for industrial firefighting applications.

We tested and certified to 6500 GPM @ 100 PSI from draft, easily completing the entire NFPA 1900 Chapter 13 test. This is the output of the pump actually on the fire truck, not just the pump. During the testing of a Rosenbauer America fire apparatus, we were even able to flow 7000 GPM,” said Chris Kleinhuizen, Chief Engineer for Rosenbauer Minnesota. However, the certification was ultimately set and achieved at 6500 GPM.

Rosenbauer truly defines the standard for industrial firefighting performance

This important feat proves the superior capability of the Rosenbauer carbon fiber N200 pump, available exclusively through Rosenbauer America. Further, Rosenbauer has a complete technology portfolio for the industrial firefighting vocation including the Rosenbauer N130 pump @ 3500 GPM; Rosenbauer foam proportioning systems; and Rosenbauer monitors and nozzles.

Combined with Rosenbauer America’s Commander cab/chassis that is customized to the needs of the industrial market as well as multiple body construction options, Rosenbauer truly defines the standard for industrial firefighting performance.

Innovation and developing new solutions

The Rosenbauer N200 high-flow pump has been rigorously tested in the most extreme conditions. This includes cold climate testing. In addition to the successful pumping capabilities, the Rosenbauer custom gearbox allows the apparatus to operate properly at 1400 RPM.

This allows the Rosenbauer N200 pump to function much quieter vs. what is typically found with traditional pumpers while still pumping nearly three times higher flow for this specialized, industrial application. A quieter fire ground offers improved safety and communication for crews to operate. Rosenbauer is committed to innovation and developing new solutions that meet the most severe applications, to safely serve communities and industrial sites throughout the world.
