REV Fire Group, comprised of REV Group, Inc., companies E-ONE®, KME®, Ferrara™, Spartan Emergency Response®, Smeal™, and Ladder Tower™, is proud to announce that Natalie Childress has joined the company as Senior Director of Marketing and Mike Mowry has joined as Director of Dealer Development.

Natalie Childress Experience

As Senior Director of Marketing for the REV Fire Group, Childress will partner with REV Fire Group’s Vice President of Sales, Mike Virnig, and divisional teams to evolve brand strategy and consumer experience for the group’s fire truck brands. Childress has more than nine years of marketing and brand experience, including five years of marketing and business development leadership experience.

Childress will report directly to Tyler and will be based in Ocala, Florida

She most recently served as the Business Strategy Manager for Mastercraft Boat Company, driving global brand building and strategy. Prior to this, Childress held progressive roles with a focus on cross-functional branding, product marketing, and owners’ experience within Sea Ray, part of Brunswick Corporation. She was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Marine Industry Leader this year by Boating Industry.

Mike Mowry Experience

Mike Mowry comes to the REV Group with more than 30 years of experience in heavy truck dealership operations. He most recently served as Parts Specialist for Rush Enterprises Continuous Improvement group, analyzing existing parts business processes, and mapping out a strategy for improvement.

Mowry will report to Mike Virnig and will work to strengthen the network of dealers for the REV Fire brands

As Director of Dealer Development, Mowry will report to Mike Virnig and will work to strengthen the network of dealers for the REV Fire brands, building enhanced sales and service training programs and collaborating with channel partners to achieve sustainable growth. He replaces Stephen Carleton who is now Manager of Sales & Training for Spartan Fire Chassis™ in Charlotte.
