Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Corporation company, announced an expansion of the dealer territories for Hughes Fire Equipment, headquartered in Springfield, Oregon and Siddons-Martin Emergency Group of Denton, Texas. Hughes Fire Equipment adds the state of Arizona (also for the Medtec brand) and Clark County in Nevada (including the city of Las Vegas) to its present territory of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. Siddons-Martin Emergency Group has added the five westernmost counties of Texas and the state of New Mexico for both the Pierce and Medtec brands to its current Pierce territory of Texas and Louisiana.

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group has been selling Pierce apparatus exclusively since 1974. Its ten fully equipped service centers, including a new 9,600 sq. ft. dedicated sales and service facility in Albuquerque, reflect the organization’s commitment to customer service. The company features factory trained EVT and ASE-certified technicians, and provides 24/7 mobile field service throughout its territory.

Hughes Fire Equipment has been a Pierce dealer since 1987, and this is the company’s third territory expansion with Pierce. Hughes Fire Equipment has delivered more than 800 pieces of firefighting and rescue apparatus. The organization features a network of service centers, and offers mobile and on-site support, pump testing, preventative maintenance, pump repair, and chassis and aerial inspections. Hughes is adding a sales and service location in the Phoenix area.
