Nittan is delighted to introduce the Technical and Sales Support Engineer, David Wright. David joined Nittan exactly one year ago to take on this exciting customer focused role, and has quickly become an integral part of the team.

David is now a very important first point of contact and product knowledge expert for the installation customers. His 20 years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry have proved an invaluable resource, he has effortlessly slotted into the existing team, dedicated to enabling Nittan to provide the highest quality technical support.

Site-Wide networking queries

David is on hand to assist with everything from simple technical product ‘how to’ phone calls to helping customers understand complex ‘Cause and Effect’ panel programming and site-wide networking queries. Another important part of David’s role is running regular training schools both in the UK and overseas.

David himself states: “Joining the Nittan team is one of the best things I have ever done, I have really enjoyed the last year building relationships with customers from the Global Fire Industry. Although the role is sometimes challenging it’s never dull, no two days are the same and for every potential problem or issue, there is always a solution to be found.”
