For many years, the Nittan Technical Support line has been an essential first point of contact for many customers, and even more so with recent social distancing rules meaning engineers were often alone on site and in need of manufacturer support and guidance.
To cope with this recent higher call rate, they have now increased the support available, with two dedicated members of the team picking up direct Tech Support calls, and always happy to support customers in their hour of need.
To help put “a face to a name” within the Nittan Technical Support Team they are pleased to introduce – Mark and Barry:

With their extensive product knowledge and experience in the Fire Protection Industry, Mark and Barry are enabling Nittan to continue delivering the very highest quality technical support and customer service.
In addition to the Tech Support line, to further assist in these unusual times when they cannot offer Manufacturer training in their dedicated Training Centre at Nittans Woking Offices, they're also offering customers be-spoke online product training to suit their needs and cover many purposes – i.e., to help familiarize one with Nittan products, how they work, plus explain key features and benefits, or to support your site-specific requirements for setting up and programming.
