Recently UL Listed Medium Velocity Spray Nozzles (Model: MV-B and MV-S). NewAge medium velocity water spray nozzles are used in fixed water spray systems for cooling of storage tanks and vessels, exposure protection of structures, control burning and extinguishment of Class-A fires designed to spray water at a medium velocity (i.e., the strength of the spray is weaker than HVWS systems).

When a fire occurs in another area of the plant, medium velocity sprayers are an effective method of protecting nearby structures from heat during a fire by providing a continuous cooling spray over the exposed surfaces.
