Cosalt will once again be exhibiting at this year's Emergency Services Show.

Cosalt will once again be exhibiting at this year's Emergency Services Show at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry from 24th-25th November. Visitors to Cosalt's stand (59) will be able to see a number of exciting new products including the winning structural fire-kit ensembles being supplied to the South East and Eastern Region fire consortium and the North West fire consortium.

The new framework agreement for firefighters’ protective clothing in the South East and Eastern regions includes fire tunics and overtrousers, hoods, helmets, boots and gloves. At the heart of the agreement is the option to choose Cosalt’s fully managed service. This can cut costs and improve efficiencies for the fire and rescue services through a complete support package that covers testing, sizing, fitting, supply and personnel management.

In the North West Cosalt has won a contract to supply a consortium of Fire and Rescue Services with a new firecoat and overtrousers ensemble. Both garments have a para-aramid outer fabric to impart excellent inherent mechanical strength and feature ergonomic design enhancements to deliver increased performance and comfort over existing kit.

On the marine safety side, Cosalt will be exhibiting its new Crewfit Twin 2010 at ESS. This lifejacket offers 290N of buoyancy and is designed to meet SOLAS 2010 regulations (MSC200(80)). Fitted with twin Auto Hammar mechanisms, it features a new unique inflation chamber and offers improved body angle, mouth freeboard and face plane angles.

Cosalt has been one of the UK's leading providers of flotation devices, protective clothing and water rescue equipment to the emergency services for many years. It works closely with teams from the fire, police, defence and coastal emergency services to ensure those who face danger are equipped with the right type of safety equipment for the task in hand.

The company supplies a complete package of products and services from lifejackets and protective clothing through to pyrotechnics and fall arrest harnesses. Included in this service is the inspection, servicing and maintenance of marine safety equipment and the supply of ancillary equipment like rope, rigging and the servicing of fire fighting products.
