Formation fof RCT to provide high-end seminars for professionals
Reese-Colston Energy Training - a one
stop shop for
safety professionals

Reese Energy Consulting, Inc and Colston Safety and Training, Inc have merged together and formed Reese-Colston Energy Training, LLC to provide high-end private and public energy and safety training.

Three of the nation's leading energy and safety experts have combined forces to create Reese-Colston Energy Training (RCT), a knowledge-based provider of high-end private and public energy and safety seminars uniquely designed for virtually every level of employee from field personnel to office management to executives working for or with natural gas and electric utilities, and oil and gas production companies.

"We formed Reese-Colston Energy Training because we recognized there was no one-stop shop that offered a best-in-breed curriculum for every level of employee taught by experts who actually work in their field," said Steve Reese, RCT partner. "We distinguish ourselves by not only offering and attracting top industry experts, but encouraging them to share their real-world experiences that our attendees can put to work in their jobs right away — which ultimately creates value for those employees and the companies they work for."

Reese-Colston Energy Training offers a broad range of basic and advanced courses in natural gas; oil and gas contract law; electrical power; energy marketing, trading and hedging; midstream operations; and safety, production and compliance for those who work in the field. The firm plans to add seminars on alternative and emerging energy sources in the near future. Training courses are offered in-house, in public venues, and via the Web.

RCT offers world-class training and educational tools and resources that are customized to the needs of every client

RCT Partner Steve Reese is one of the most recognized industry speakers and trainers in the areas of natural gas infrastructure, gas processing contracts, energy marketing and contract negotiations, and midstream operations. As president and CEO of Reese Energy Consulting, Inc., headquartered in Edmond, Okla., Reese has taught more than 4,000 industry professionals and every major energy firm in the nation.

Partner Fred Colston is a highly respected safety and training expert specializing in fire safety, protection and compliance for the hydrocarbon and chemical processing industries. He serves as president and CEO of Colston Safety and Training, Inc. and as president of Colston Technologies, headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.

Together, with third partner William VandeSande, an authorized OSHA trainer and expert in the development of Web-based and computer-based training, Reese-Colston Energy Training offers world-class training and educational tools and resources that are customized to the needs of every client.

"Our ability to offer a collective brain trust for the energy industry and bring this knowledge and experience to energy production companies across the nation is part of our business strategy to become the premier provider of energy education and training," said Fred Colston, RCT partner. "We're raising the standard on how companies invest in their people, how professionals invest in their future, and how the nation's energy industry invests in itself."
