Miller Knight is excited to announce that the team has secured the Intumescent Paint and Passive Fire Protection packages at the DIRFT III DC5 development in Northampton for Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd.

The 300m long distribution center is the latest to be built at the site for Prologis, who have been actively developing the area for several years now, hosting giant logistical companies like DHL, Clipper Logistics plc, Arcadia Group Ltd, Tesco, Royal Mail and Sainsbury’s.

The success of the Prologis RFI DIRFT scheme is primarily due to its optimum location for warehousing and logistics in the center of Britain, with strategic rail and road connections to the M1 (adj to J18) and M6/A14 interchange.
