Harbour Guard Boat manufactures provide state-of-the art fire rescue and safety boats for fire departments

Firehawk is a purpose-built boat, equipped for fire service.

Medina International Holdings, Inc. has completed the sale of a Firehawk 2426 fire rescue boat to the City of McKeesport Fire Department, Pennsylvania, through its wholly owned subsidiary Harbor Guard Boats, Inc.

"This is another sale for us and we are very pleased to have completed the production," commented Mr. Daniel Medina, CEO of Medina International Holdings, Inc.

"This is a purpose-built boat, equipped for fire service," Fire Chief Kevin Lust says. The fire department had two river rescue boats, but both have been converted pleasure crafts and weren't reliable enough or durable enough for heavy use. The 300-horsepower jet-drive engines on the "Firehawk" don't need propellers, Lust says, which will enable the boat to navigate the shallow waters of the Youghiogheny. The drive train also doubles as a water pump for firefighting.
