On March 1, 2019, the Conrad Dietrich Magirus Award will be awarded for the sixth time in the Congress Centre in Ulm.

Numerous fire departments from all over the world have applied for the coveted prize. 26 teams have made it to the final round with their missions and will travel to the festive awards ceremony in Ulm.

Nominated Fire Departments

The Conrad Dietrich Magirus Award 2018 will be awarded in the categories ‘International Firefighting Team of the Year’, ‘National Firefighting Team of the Year’ and ‘Special Prize for Social Engagement’. As part of the awards ceremony, the nominated fire departments and invited guests from politics, business, sports and the firefighting industry will be treated to a highly varied evening show with well-known personalities and emotional moments.
