Life Safety Services (LSS), the industry leader in Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection and Repair, announced that they are now offering Fire stop survey and installations in the United States and Canada. By providing their clients with a complete selection of fire and smoke damper inspections, fire door inspections, and fire stop services, Life Safety Services can now provide their customer base with a full complement of passive fire protection services.

Life Safety Services’ technicians completed training from both Specified Technologies, Inc. (STI) and 3M in the field of fire stopping. In addition, LSS’ techs have field experience from working in various types of facilities before. "Our technicians know the importance of maintaining a building’s passive fire protection system and they have the experience and industry training to make sure that the integrity of the system is maintained," said Jack Meredith, Vice President of Production.

With a customer base of over 1,500 healthcare facilities, Fortune 500 companies and all types of building occupancies, Life Safety Services is able to provide their customers with the right mix of industry experience and field training that’s needed when dealing with the Passive Fire Protection System.
