Lenzing Group, as a producer of cellulose fibers and sustainable innovations in this field, supported the event by taking part in the jury for the startup competition and sponsoring prizes for the three top projects. The winning team can also receive consulting services and further support as part of the award by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Driving a sustainable future

Pia Muhrer, the Head of Business Models & Growth Partnerships for Lenzing and juror at the event comments, “It was a great opportunity to get in contact with all those innovative entrepreneurs and great visionaries. We are glad to have had the chance to be a sponsor of this event and to find new ways for cooperation opportunities to boost our business.”

The event allowed participants to network and engage with others to allow for further developments and growth, especially in the textile and fiber industry. What made this possible were the talks within and out of the event, enabling the establishment of various connections and relationships that could strengthen and enhance business. Lenzing looks forward to engaging more up-and-coming players who will play a key role in driving a sustainable future.
