Lebanon Fire Department responded to a two vehicle accident (4 patients in one vehicle and one patient in the other vehicle) on Route 19 at Washington / Russell County Line with entrapment. One patient died at the scene, one patient died at hospital, and one patient was transported to Wake Forest with life threating injuries (not sure on status). The rescue team sent by Lebanon Fire Department used the Amkus spreader and cutters to gain access to the patient and then had to use the extended tips to roll the dash off the patient.
