LEADER (Grupo Leader), alongside its fire safety equipment distributor, SOMATICO, organized a day of technical tests for a wide range of the company’s firefighting equipment, on the 29th of June, 2021, on its premises in Octeville sur Mer, France.

Technical tests day

The program day included general presentation of the various ranges of firefighting equipment and BIOEX foam concentrates, including ‘Positive Pressure Ventilators’ workshop - presentation and tests that featured:

  • The BATFAN 3 Li + battery powered fan fitted with its blowing / suction ducts. Tests of the battery fan in ‘foam generator’ mode fitted with its foam adapter
  • The SAX350 ATEX fan fitted with its blowing / suction ducts, designed for use in hazardous environments
  • ES220 and ESV230 electric fans
  • V-BOX conversion kit - The V-BOX suction / blower conversion kit that allows users to channel the air stream, in order to ventilate confined spaces. Simply place the electric fan in the V-BOX, connect the ducts on either side of it and start the fan
  • ‘Nozzles and Thermal Imaging Cameras'

Workshop - presentation and tests included for the following firefighting equipment:

  • FLOWMATIC automatic nozzles
  • MULTIFLOW selectable flow nozzles
  • TRIGGERFLOW automatic nozzles with TRIGGER
  • LEADER TIC thermal imaging cameras
  • ‘Portable fire monitor’ workshop
  • The PARTNER portable fire monitor capable of delivering up to 5000 l/min
  • ‘Firefighting foam equipment’ workshop
  • The LEADER MIX inline eductor (1000 + 2000)
  • UPRIM portable foam generator
  • The foam adapter for nozzles POLYMOUSSE
  • ‘Fire training equipment’ workshop
  • Different fire tray / flame generators: PYROS + AEROS + GF42
  • Permanent pressure, auxiliary pressure and CO2 training extinguishers
  • LEADER SMOKE smoke machines
