The topic of the conference of 2017 is ‘Ensuring Safe Working Conditions at the Production – The Right Direction to the Culture of Occupational Safety’
KIOSH 2017 will focus on preventing occupational accidents at workplaces all around the world

On April 26-27, in the capital of Kazakhstan—Astana—the 7th Kazakhstan International Occupational Safety and Health Conference and Exhibition 2017 (KIOSH 2017) will be held. The topical issues that have been of concern to the global community for several years, will be discussed in detail at KIOSH Conference, and special outfit and equipment will be demonstrated at the exhibition by international and local producers and distributors.

In 2016, the exhibition was visited by about 2,000 specialists from all fields of the industry, the representatives of accident rescue and emergency services of Belarus, Spain, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine, Finland and France. Over 35 companies from Germany, Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Ukraine participated in the exhibition; 230 delegates visited the international event.

Occupational safety and industrial security

The topic of the conference of 2017 is ‘Ensuring Safe Working Conditions at the Production – The Right Direction to the Culture of Occupational Safety’. At the conference, the representatives of MHSD of the RK, MID of the RK, AMME, ILO, “Atameken” NCE, large industrial enterprises and others will traditionally participate.

In 2017, KIOSH will unite the sections as occupational safety and industrial security: personal and collective protective equipment, equipment for the protection of head, vision, hearing and respiratory system; health and workplace hygiene: providing first aid and medical care at work; facilities and equipment for emergency medical assistance; means of rehabilitation; healthcare and prevention; personal protection of skin; fire safety and emergencies: firefighting equipment; rescue equipment and many more.

Establishing long-term relationships

KIOSH is the only and specialised platform that creates a friendly dynamic environment, contributing to efficient marketing and sales growth, where participating companies can demonstrate the uniqueness of their products and services, establish long-term relations with new companies, enter the market of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, extend cooperation boundaries with long-standing partners as well as explore the market and competitive environment. The industry-specific companies are invited to participate in the exhibition and conference KIOSH 2017.

Preventing accidents and diseases

KIOSH 2017 will be held on the threshold of April 28 – World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) holds the World Day for Safety and Health at Work to help prevent occupational accidents and diseases at workplaces all around the world.
