Jinhong gas ESG Department won the service contract of the Nanjing CEC Panda LCD TGM business and recently settled in the Nanjing CEC Panda LCD G6 site.

The whole TGM team has 10 people to maintain and ensure the operation of the customer’s G6 site and the daily management of electronic special gases (including SF6, CF4, NF3, Cl2, NH3, PH3/SiH4, SiH4, H2, and BCl3 gases).

According to the operation SOP of each gas cabinet on-site, TGM service engineers conduct a daily incoming material inspection, handling, replacement, and other operations.

According to the characteristics of on-site electronic special gases, will conduct corresponding leakage emergency drills regularly or irregularly to strengthen the safe handling capabilities of service personnel and cooperate with customers to complete emergency drills in the factory.

Suzhou JinHong Gas pays attention to the care of the employee and provides the on-site employee with job skills training, including PPE wearing, general use and operation knowledge of gas cabinet, emergency drills, and new employees' three-level safety education, etc., and assessment plan, including operation and safety, external third-party verification, and other aspects of assessment.
