Incident Response Technologies, Inc. (IRT), a crisis response company with cloud-based incident management software, announces that the company has closed a convertible note financing round with the Innosphere Fund as their lead investor. This round was fully subscribed by the Company’s current investors.
With this financing, IRT will immediately begin to pursue an accelerated growth plan by utilizing the funds to further build out its mobile application, make strategic additions to its executive team and expand sales and marketing outreach.
Incident management suite
IRT’s flagship product, Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite (Rhodium), along with their product RhodiumSE Special Event Management, are utilized by hundreds of public safety and corporate security agencies in 40 U.S. states and internationally. Rhodium is a complete command and control solution allowing organizations to increase the availability and accessibility of critical data during emergencies and special events.

It supports incident management for police, fire, EMS, emergency management, and campus security of all sizes, including large multi-agency events. “This funding paves the way for IRT to extend our 2018 success into 2019, while also accelerating our product roadmap and making key hires to help take the business to the next goal post,” said Jarret Winkelman, IRT’s president and CEO. “The need for modern incident planning and management solutions has never been clearer.”
Special event management
IRT is a current client company of Innosphere, Colorado’s incubator for high-tech companies. “It was an easy decision to continue the Innosphere Fund’s support of IRT and its CEO Jarret,” said Innosphere Fund general partner and IRT Board member, Mike Freeman. “IRT has a clear, differentiated offering and the investor base is excited to watch IRT’s progress in the coming years.”
IRT has achieved record sales in 2018 and expects to continue this trend into 2019. Rhodium was recently utilized by multiple agencies responding to Hurricane Florence and RhodiumSE continues to be deployed for special event management including the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon and Super Bowl LII.
