Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday, 23rd March 2020, Hörmann UK has had to make some immediate changes and has taken the difficult decision to suspend normal business operations.

Suspending business operations

These actions are designed to protect the safety and well-being of the employees, customers and suppliers, something that is of utmost importance to the company. Hörmann UK is also acting in line with current government guidelines by taking the appropriate safety measures.

The company is preparing for normal business operations to hopefully resume on Monday, 20th April 2020

From close of business on Friday, 27th March 2020, all manufacturing and dispatch of domestic garage doors and entrance doors will cease for an initial three week period. The business will continue to manage pricing and general enquiries through a limited workforce.

Heightened security measures

The company is preparing for normal business operations to hopefully resume on Monday, 20th April 2020. They will continue to keep everyone updated as the situation develops. With regard to the industrial customers, normal operations will continue on a reduced scale to ensure continued support to some critical projects.

Service division will be offering its assistance to both Hörmann and non-Hörmann customers that require urgent work on critical sites. This includes servicing and repairs work. The company would like to thank everyone for their continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times and also sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
