For more than 100 years, Hale Products, Inc., a division of IDEX Corporation’s Fire Suppression Group, has a been an industry provider. Two years after consolidating all of its production, engineering and customer facing groups to a central location, Hale is still one of the companies in the fire suppression industry that is a total solution provider.
Hale designs, manufactures and tests its product lines onsite at its 150,000-square-foot headquarters in Ocala, Florida. The company also uses global resources for materials to supplement its product lines.

“The collective of our businesses and the resulting product portfolio offers a complete package for our customers,” said Bill Simmons, group general manager IDEX Fire Suppression Group. “Customers know Hale and Class 1 and Godiva as separate entities, but we want them to understand that all three together create a total solution approach.”
Hale Products manufactures fire pumps, portable firefighting pumps, foam products and electrical systems for emergency services professionals.

Centralized customer service center
Hale has also expanded production space and upgraded its testing capabilities in Ocala, a move that enables the company to expand multiple product lines from a single location. Customers also can obtain order updates, technical support and other information through a centralized customer service center.
