• The scope of the work involved the co-ordination, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical and public health services for the entire building. The systems included cooling, ventilation, heating, electrical LV supplies and transformers, small power, fire alarms and controls

Services provided

• A sprinkler system was installed along with emergency smoke extract fans. The light fittings were integrated within the building fabric, with recessed downlighters and low-level illumination for programme reading when dimmed.
