Due to the recent government guidelines and changing environment of the current coronavirus situation, Global would like to notify the clients and partners on various issues which may arise, and assure users that they are doing their part in prioritizing the wellbeing of both the employees and clients alike.

It has identified responsibilities across the workforce to determine who can work from home and who is essential to operate on-site. Employees have been asked to take extra precautions, and follow government advice in regards to social distancing.

Remote working

Additional hand sanitizer and disinfectant have been placed around the offices and available to on-site staff. Its entire office staff has access to remote working, so it has been a simple process for their transfer to working from home.

The protection and welfare of the staff is the priority, and whilst it focuses on this Global still aims to provide the same great level of customer service and ongoing business. Where possible all projects are continuing as usual and if there are any changes to this, clients will be notified imminently.

Understanding and patience

During these uncertain times, it understands there may be challenges and disruptions under certain circumstances. With this in mind, Global requests users’ patience and understanding that their staff is doing their best for a user and their business. Where disruptions do occur it will work its hardest to achieve the best possible outcome.
