  • Stay hydrated - drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
  • Take frequent breaks in the shade if users are required to be outdoors.
  • Watch children and pets around water at all times.
  • Don't leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle - look before locking.
  • Check on elderly family and friends who may be at higher risk of heat illness.
