Following a period of sustained business growth, JVT Equipamentos – one of Global Fire Equipment’s (GFE) distributors for South and Central America – has expanded its offices in Brazil and introduced a new technical training facility.

JVT Equipamentos was established in 2014 by Thais Taraban and Marco Vieira. The company has been based out of its current office in Bahia in the northeast of Brazil since 2016, but due to continued sales growth in recent years, the company has now doubled its original office space and added a dedicated area for customer training, along with more space for storing stock.

The larger facilities have offices for the company’s marketing and accounting teams, as well as a large technical training area and a warehouse.

GFE’s products and systems

Marco Vieira, Commercial Director at JVT Equipamentos, comments: “GFE’s equipment is extremely popular in Brazil – and more broadly in South and Central America – and these larger premises are much more suitable as our sales growth continues. This expansion enables us to respond more quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs, offering technical support and training wherever necessary."

Marco Vieira adds, “We now have a dedicated technical area where we can fully replicate GFE’s products and systems, as well as recreate different scenarios so we can find solutions to any technical challenges our customers face. Finally, having more space means we can keep much more stock ready for immediate delivery to our customers in the region. We look forward to welcoming our customers, GFE representatives and industry peers for meetings, training, product demonstrations and workshops.”
