GearGrid was pleased to be an exhibitor at the 2017 Fire-Rescue International (FRI) Expo. The show provided a great opportunity for GearGrid to connect with current and future customers, and discuss what is important to them for their storage needs. GearGrid enjoys listening to their challenges, so they can design and manufacture innovative storage solutions perfect for their facility.
GearGrid brought a variety of products to Charlotte to display at their booth. Within a couple of hours, GearGrid’s booth transformed and was completely outfitted with their new and popular products. GearGrid was excited to display two new products for the first time at the show.
Added locker openings
One of those products was the Two-Tier Locker, which provides added locker openings on any wall where full height, individual lockers may not fit.
A full set of turnout gear fits within each opening and receives the proper airflow for quick drying

The Two-Tier Locker was extremely popular among attendees and continually caught their eyes. GearGrid looks forward to seeing how this new product will help solve storage challenges in facilities where space is a concern.
Attending trade shows
Another new product GearGrid brought to the show was their 24” W x 24” D locker. Their standard locker depth is 20”, however, GearGrid heard customers’ requests for larger lockers and they have responded by offering a new locker size.
With firefighters needing to store more gear and equipment, the new 24” W x 24” D locker size offers the perfect solution. Any of GearGrid’s innovative accessories can be included in each locker for added organization and convenience.
GearGrid always enjoys attending trade shows and having the opportunity to connect with new and current customers. Being able to listen to what is important to customers in their storage needs for turnout gear, hose, cylinders, and equipment provide significant benefits so GearGrid can provide users with best solutions.
