The FSL fire detection range includes addressable and conventional technologies that are complemented with audible and visual warning devices
The event marks one year of trading for the company, which officially launched at last year’s FIREX International

FSL will be showcasing its latest products and innovations on stand No. P300 at FIREX International 2014, which takes place on 17th-19th June at ExCeL, London.

The event marks one year of trading for the company, which officially launched at last year’s FIREX International and is part of Nitin Fire Protection Industries – well-known throughout India, the Nitin Group of Companies is also represented in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Asia and Europe.  In October 2013 FSL moved into a new 8,000ft2 facility in Wokingham

Taking centre stage on FSL’s stand at FIREX International 2014 is the company’s latest product – the FSL CG4 engineered system with 3MTM NovecTM 1230.  As a clean agent chemical gaseous fire protection system, its highly efficient and fast extinguishing time reduces downtime and helps maintain business continuity. By reaching extinguishing levels in seconds, it distributes uniformly throughout the hazard zone and suppresses fire primarily by heat absorption from the flame. It is available in cylinder sizes ranging from 15 litres through to 490 litres, with four sizes of cylinder valve, including the market leading four inch (100mm).

FSL has quickly gained a reputation for its high levels of service and its determination to exceed customer expectations. Leading the way is MyFSL, an exclusive online portal that gives pre-qualified customers the ability to access specific information relating to their activities, geographical location and product approval system – whether Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB), or both. This helps improve the overall user experience and allows them to get information such as product specifications and datasheets quickly and easily.

Recognising the demand amongst its customers for information on the move, FSL has launched the MyFSL app. Available for use on all Apple or Android smartphones and tablets, the app enables customers to provide quotes to an end user whilst on-site. After entering in the dimensions of the area to be protected, users can obtain a price instantaneously from FSL, making the whole procurement process far more efficient and effective.

Also on display is FSL’s recently introduced range of internationally approved fire detection panels and alarm devices, which allows the company to provide a comprehensive and end-to-end life safety system. The FSL fire detection range includes addressable and conventional technologies that are complemented with audible and visual warning devices. The control panels are available in one and two loop, and two and four loop variants and monitor the detection devices, manage system functions including sounders and signaling, as well as providing power and battery back-up.

“It’s been a tremendous first year for us and we’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to stand P300 at FIREX International,” commented David Adkins, FSL’s managing director. “As well as giving them the opportunity to get hands on with our latest products, our team will be available to answer any questions relating to fire suppression and discuss the many benefits of working with us.”
