The new site from Firetec Systems comprises a whole host of user-friendly features such as intuitive navigation, full search capability, and a fast and aesthetically pleasing interface

The site ensures the access to detailed information about FSL’s extensive range of gaseous fire suppression products

Firetec Systems Ltd (FSL), the expert in fire suppression system manufacturing and service provision, has announced the launch of its new website. The result of extensive consultation with its customers, it comprises a whole host of user-friendly features such as intuitive navigation, full search capability, and a fast and aesthetically pleasing interface.

The site has been designed to ensure that access to detailed information about FSL’s extensive range of gaseous fire suppression products is as easy as possible. The latest news about the company’s activities is presented via a regularly updated section, while details about the training and consultancy services that it offers are available at the click of a mouse or the touch of a screen.

Selecting the right FSL solution has never been easier. The company offers a wide range of inert and chemical gas based solutions with relevant information broken down into clearly defined sections in order to make the visitor experience as productive as possible. FSL also recognises the importance of using social media to promote its activities, impart knowledge about its solutions, and develop closer relationships with customers. The site utilises two key social media platforms – LinkedIn and Twitter – and incorporates their functionality into the site’s aesthetically pleasing design.

Currently the website provides distributors and partners with a secure portal to help them create a unique fire suppression infrastructure. Using exclusive log in details, they will be able to configure a system and then send it back to FSL’s experts for assessment and approval. The next phase of web development will allow distributors and customers to obtain a wide variety of literature, including an extensive library of data sheets. To add to this the company is also planning to develop an app for use on smartphones and tablets that will allow customers to use this configuration tool while on-site.

The new website is the latest in a wide range of activities from FSL. ‘Flexibility, accessibility and sustainability are key elements of our corporate ethos and this comes across within the design and content of our new website,’ commented Dave Adkins, FSL’s director. ‘We’re delighted with the response that we’ve received about it so far and feel confident that it will allow us to further develop an online presence that will benefit all of our customers.’
